Join me for an in person class Sunday 23 January 10-noon at the Dennis Memorial Library. This class is designed to establish a clear understanding of the range of motion of our major joints, which direction to go in is any given posture to ensure stability to grow the pose safely. We will learn proper alignment for a steady foundation. We will look at the job of the feet, legs, hips and spine during standing poses as well as the spine, shoulders and arms in arm balancing poses (yes, you do do arm balancing poses).
Please bring your questions and ALL your props. Again, this is a hands on class which is to say, I will be making adjustments to your postures as needed. You are VERY welcome to let me know if you’d rather not have hands on, you still stand to learn a lot!
