All regularly scheduled classes now available on Zoom. Check the calendar for the link https://zoom.us/j/8494253233. If you have a class card, you can use that (I’ll keep an accounting with you privately), use the link on the homepage, Zelle (Jennifra Norton) or Venmo (@ChathamYoga).
Zoom is a free website and app that is easy to use. You might poke around a bit before class to get familiar. You will be best off if your device is fully charged or plugged in and you have strong WiFi signal. The class will be open for 15 minutes prior to start time and extend 15 minutes beyond end of class for social interactions.
These are uncertain times and now more than ever we have to find a way to settle down, stay in the day and live in the unknown. Yoga and meditation can help tremendously. Please join whenever you can!
