Yin Yoga: Practice designed to target energy meridians and connective tissues. Totally supported postures are held for several minutes. This practice puts healthy stress on the tissues to encourage hydration, increased mobility and structural stability. Gather your props and come hang out. Get Yinterested.
All levels: As the name suggests, this class is for all yogis, whether it's your first time or you are a seasoned practitioner, there's something for everyone. Postures are developed from the foundation up, growth is incremental so everyone finds their own optimum.
Chair Yoga: In this class we use a chair as our base and sometimes as a prop. For those who cannot or choose not to get on the floor, this is a great opportunity to practice yoga. Don't be fooled.....this is a very full and complete practice.
Pop-Up Class: What?, How?, Why? This class is intended to be a bit of a surprise / mystery. Spend 90 minutes practicing something a little different than typical asana focused yoga. A possible range of topics to explore: anatomy, biomechanics, meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy, the Yamas & Niyamas, fascial rolling, 108 ways to use your yoga strap or who knows…..??
