Just as a seasoned yogi can benefit from revisiting the fundamentals, inspiration can be found in practicing a few & observing a few poses in a more advanced class. If you are unsure which class is best suited for you, contact me and we can discuss it.
Level 1: Focus on fundamentals. Develop a solid foundational understanding of yogic principles for intelligent practice.
Level 2: Deepening practice with postures that combine movements in several directions (ie flexion with twisting) and balancing.
Level 3: Practice that may include flow sequencing with fewer instructions or longer holds with more in depth observations and refinements.
