Practice begins with an experiential approach to understanding the details of alignment and the coordination of breath while moving into and out of postures.

STUDIO GROUP CLASSES, 2-5 students – Smaller size class allows a more detailed and watchful study opportunity.
CONSIDER YOGA for Retreats, Vacation, Couples, Weddings, Workplace, Workshops, and other special occasions. Available for speaking engagements, leading workshops, and instruction in meditation, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
HOLISTIC NURSING is the use of nursing skills to promote wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. Wellness consultations are available to support integration of lifestyle changes through food, movement, meditation, and bodywork.
